About the Olympiad

The flagship pre-med competition

The MedPath Medical Olympiad is the most comprehensive academic competition in pre-medical education. Designed for high school and undergraduate students, the Olympiad tests knowledge across clinical reasoning, gross anatomy, and human physiology through three rigorously designed rounds.

Open to participants from every country, the Olympiad produces national and international rankings for all registered participants โ€” not just finalists. Whether you place first or fortieth, you receive an official ranking, certificate, and performance breakdown.

Teams of 2โ€“4 may register together, or individuals may register solo and compete in the individual track.
